Espresso Book Machine
This site provides a list of locations where all Espresso Book Machines exist. Those interested in printing will need to contact the host organization for policies and prices.

Sell music, comics, software, books, and films directly to your audience. Gumroad provides an all-in-one solution to sell your work and grow your audience.

iBooks Store via iTunes
The iBooks Store features 2.5 million books and counting. Browse, sample, buy, and always have a good book close at hand. After creating an iBook via iBooks Author, authors may list their book for sale in the iBooks Store via iTunes.
